Refund policy

 

At MK Skin Studio, every product is thoughtfully selected to support your skin and overall wellness. Your trust means everything to us. Whenever possible, we’re happy to offer complimentary skincare samples upon request so you can experience a product before purchasing. (Wellness supplements are not eligible for sampling.) If a product isn’t the right fit, we gladly offer store credit for unopened items returned within 14 days. Refunds to original payment methods are not issued. To protect the integrity of our offerings, opened containers, supplements, and cosmetics are final sale. In the rare event of a skin reaction, please reach out with photo documentation so we may support you thoughtfully. Returns between 15–30 days may be accepted as store credit, less a 25% restocking fee. After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns.
