However, please be aware that your treatment duration may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to prevent any inconvenience to our other valued clients.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unexpected circumstances may arise. Nevertheless, in order to secure your reservation and to prevent any missed opportunities for others, we do require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for any appointment cancellations or modifications. Failure to provide us with more than 24 hours notice for an appointment adjustment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
