Cancellation Policy

To maximize your experience during your visit, we kindly request that you either turn off your mobile phone or set it to silent mode. We ask that you arrive punctually for your scheduled appointments, but in the event that you find yourself running behind schedule, we appreciate a courtesy call. However, please be aware that your treatment duration may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to prevent any inconvenience to our other valued clients.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unexpected circumstances may arise. Nevertheless, in order to secure your reservation and to prevent any missed opportunities for others, we do require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for any appointment cancellations or modifications. Failure to provide us with more than 24 hours notice for an appointment adjustment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
